All masks (unless faulty) and unsealed skincare are final sale.
All underwear bottoms are final sale.
Items not in the original condition and/or missing tags are final sale.
All pre-worn is final sale.
All sale items are final sale. Local customers are welcome to come into the store to exchange sale items for a different size (if available) within 14 days of purchase. Items brought in for exchange must be in new condition with tags still on.

For a full refund, returnable item(s) must be returned to us by mail or returned in-store within 7 days of receiving your order. Your return will be processed as it was received. All online refund orders will be refunded back onto your card or you will be issued a gift card for your exchange or credit.
We suggest you email us prior to shipping a return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
We cannot refund or credit return shipping charges on any refunds unless item received is faulty. Please email us for any issues regarding your item(s).

In-store refunds can only be refunded in-store with your original debit/credit receipt. We do not have the ability to issue a refund without your original debit/credit receipt. We can offer an exchange in-store if return is made within 14 days of purchase.
Online + In-Store Exchanges
We can process an exchange in-store and online. To complete the exchange we must receive the item back at the store within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to make an exchange for your online order or visit us at the store during regular business hours.
If you would like to exchange an item simply ship back the item for exchange and then re-purchase your item(s) of choice. Once we receive your return we will process it and send a refund for the total item amount including applicable taxes. You do not need to wait for your return to be processed before placing your new order.
As a small business it is difficult for us to accept returns or exchanges past 14 days of your received order and we thank you for your understanding.
We cannot credit return shipping charges on any exchanges unless item received is faulty. Please email us for any issues regarding your item(s) and we will be happy to help.
We cannot hold a credit on your account at this time.
We issue digital gift cards for all credited sales.
Shipping Returns + Exchanges
Please include the packing list receipt and ship to our address: Ana + Zac | 2576 Agricola St. Halifax NS B3K 4C6.
Once we receive your return please allow for 24 to 48 hours for processing. Please allow for up to 7 business days to receive the return on your card.
Changing an Order
Please note that once your order is placed and you receive a notice of shipment or pick-up we cannot cancel or change an order unless it's an in-store pick-up. If you do not wish to wait we ask that you place another order with the correct item(s) and/or shipping information. Once we receive and process your initial order we will issue your refund of total items returned plus applicable taxes.
