Sale items are final sale. All pre-worn items are final sale. We ask that you check out the sizing info. using a measuring tape if you need to measure your body for reference is a great way to make sure the item will fit.
All unsealed skincare and brief or swim bottoms or any items that are not returned in original condition with tags are final sale
For a full refund, returnable item(s) must be returned to us by mail or a well communicated - safe - drop off within 7 days of receiving your order by mail, delivery or pick-up.
We offer an online store credit code if the return is sent within 14 days of order received. An online credit code (if applicable) will be created and emailed to you once your return order has been processed.
We currently cannot accept returns and issue a credit past fourteen days of your received order. Items must be returned unused and in same condition as originally purchased along with all original tags and labels.

Please note that once your order is placed it is processed soon after which means we cannot cancel or change an order. We ask that you place another order with the correct item(s) or shipping information. Once we receive the return of your initial order (within the allowed timeframe) we can issue a refund. Please allow for 24 - 48 hours for processing and up to 7 business days for your return or credit to be issued.
