Shipping FAQ

When will my order be shipped?

It generally takes us about 24-48 hours from when your order is placed for your order ship.

What are your shipping fees?

Currently we offer flat rate expedited $10 shipping or flat rate express $20 shipping in Canada and the United States. We offer free shipping to Canada and the US on orders over $150. You receive a tracking number by email once your order is packed. Delivery dates vary based on time of year and location. International shipping rates vary.

Duty and Taxes – the customer is fully responsible for all customs fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed by your country at the border prior to delivery. The selected carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery. 

Product prices listed on anaandzac.ca do not include any customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other fees or costs associated with international deliveries (as these costs differ by country).

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Our shipping provider does not allow packages to be delivered to PO Boxes.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched? 

We are unable to redirect an order to a different address once it has left our warehouse. If you need to cancel your order or change/ edit your shipping address please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make necessary changes once your order has been processed.

What happens if my shipment is returned to you? 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide their correct and FULL shipping address including but not limited to their unit and/or buzzer number.

If the order cannot be safely delivered upon attempt(s) in most cases it will be held locally for pick-up. We ask that customers monitor their tracking information and follow the instructions in the event of a failed delivery attempt.

An order returned to us due to an incomplete address or failed delivery results in the customer being responsible for the additional re-order + shipment of their order.

Is my package insured?

All items are shipped with Canada Post and come with a tracking number. Items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from us to the shipping address.

Once your items have been delivered to the specified shipping address, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package.
