Sizing

Sizing can vary between our items, so we recommend using the size guide to determine your ideal fit. A link to the size guide with detailed measurements is included on every product page. We also recommend checking out our sizing page for more information. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to reach out to us at info@anaandzac.ca.

We do strive for inclusivity and focus on being gender inclusive with both our clothing designs and sizing. We currently carry up to 2XL in our 2024 collections. We recognize that this doesn't encompass everyone. As a small business, we are limited by several factors such as how much stock we're able to carry. As we continue to grow, we hope to be able to expand our sizing to welcome even more people to our brand.

Pre-Orders

Our pre-order option allows us to make specific orders in terms of sizing and colours to eliminate unnecessary production.

The production lead-time is usually between 1.5 and 3 months but it varies and depends on factors such as the size of the order and the fabric of the items.

We ask that you cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase as we allocate the funds to help pay for your item(s).

We understand that situations may change and pre-ordering may not work for everyone so please take this into consideration when placing an order.

Following the shipment of your order our regular return conditions and policies will apply. See our return policy and conditions here

The lead time on our pre-orders may vary due to our manufacturing lead times. Please ensure that you check the information with regards to the shipment order time frame prior to ordering. There may also be a possibility that shipments are delayed by a week or so, depending on available shipping time frames.

Some of our products are more costly to produce and they may require longer lead times. We design intentionally to create clothing that is premium quality and feels great on your body. By pre-ordering you are helping us remain independent and continue to create items you will love for a long time.

Reducing the amount we ship is the best choice for the environment.

If you have place an order of an item that is on pre-order with an item that is currently ready to ship we will hold the ready to ship item until the pre-sale or pre-order item(s) have arrived and then ship them together.

If you wish for us to ship the ready to ship item right away, that’s no problem just reach out to us and we can arrange that.

There is an additional charge to ship the items separately if the ready to ship item falls below the complimentary N.American shipping allowance.

Please reach out to support@anaandzac.ca if you have any questions.

Product Care

We recommend that you turn your garment inside out prior to washing. Machine wash in cold water with similar colours. Do not use bleach.

If using a dryer, we recommend to tumble dry on low. To further extend the life of your clothing, air dry.

Our Pima and Wild cotton clothing get even softer with multiple wears. To ensure that your clothing has the longest life possible, it's important to care for them by following the washing instructions and using them as intended.

Cotton is a natural fibre, so will break down after extended use. Our clothing is not intended for high activity or sports, as it's not made of performance fabric.

Due to our use of low-impact dyes, you may notice some colour fading over time. This is natural and to be expected. To extend the longevity of your clothing and its colour, we recommend not over-washing, and to only use cold water when washing and air dry.

Stains and spills happen to the best of us. We recommend hand washing in warm water with a mild detergent and never rub on the spot. Dish washing liquid can remove some grease stains. High heat can set a stain so please be careful with your washer and dryer settings while still treating a stain.

If you wish to get rid of unwanted yellow sweat stains on some of your lighter colour pieces, which typically appear on the back of the neck and under the armpits, you can hang to dry in the sun for 12-24 hours or if all else fails use a very small amount of bleach mixed with water.

If you have a non-toxic stain remover that works on cotton items you can try that. Follow the instructions on the bottle and spot-test in an inconspicuous area first to make sure it won't alter the colour.

We do not recommend using chemicals on your clothing as they decrease the life of the garment and irritate your skin.
